Job Duties

  • Prepares, measures ingredients and cooks food in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • Reads food order tickets or receives verbal instructions and prepares food accordingly
  • Prepares food and serves customers in a made to order or grill station setting
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and reports malfunctions
  • Ensures workstation and equipment are cleaned and sanitized
  • Works safely to avoid injury and reports unsafe conditions
  • Participates in departmental meetings, training programs and adheres to policies
