Job Duties
- Prepares, measures ingredients and cooks food in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Reads food order tickets or receives verbal instructions and prepares food accordingly
- Prepares food and serves customers in a made to order or grill station setting
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment safely and reports malfunctions
- Ensures workstation and equipment are cleaned and sanitized
- Works safely to avoid injury and reports unsafe conditions
- Participates in departmental meetings, training programs and adheres to policies
