Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in kitchen or food prep preferred
- knowledge of food safety standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong attention to detail and organization skills
- excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- availability to work weekends and some evenings
Job Qualifications
- prior kitchen experience including cold prep, line cook, or catering experience
- strong knowledge of kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency
- ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- positive team player attitude with willingness to learn and grow
- availability for weekends, some evenings, and catering prep
Job Duties
- prepare cooked-to-order items including grilled cheeses, sandwiches, tacos, soups, and rotating specials
- execute prep work efficiently and maintain a clean, organized station
- assist with catering orders requiring warm components
- collaborate on new menu ideas and seasonal offerings
- build beautiful charcuterie boards, prepare sandwiches and salads, assist with deli prep
- portion and prep fresh ingredients with attention to presentation
- execute large-scale catering boards and boxes for offsite events
- support daily kitchen operations, opening/closing duties, and team communication
