  • Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
  • Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues to the kitchen manager
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas, including workstations, equipment, and utensils
  • Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies when necessary
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
