Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of cooking experience preferred
  • Flexibility to work afternoon, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Willingness to comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

  • Cooking experience in a high volume restaurant or bistro environment
  • Knowledge of sanitation, cooking methods such as sautéing and grilling, and knife skills
  • Culinary Arts Degree preferred
  • Local board of Health ServSafe Certification preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties
