Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous kitchen or food handling experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a TurboChef or willingness to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 40 lbs
  • Comfortable working evening shifts
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented

  • Previous kitchen or food handling experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a TurboChef or willingness to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
  • Comfortable working evening shifts and in a fast-moving solo environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Friendly, reliable, detail-oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook simple bar food offerings using basic kitchen equipment
  • Maintain food presentation and portion consistency based on menu standards
  • Assist with menu item prep work, heating, plating, and timely service
  • Work alongside the Bartender to ensure smooth evening F&B operation
  • Ensure kitchen, equipment, counters, and prep areas remain clean and sanitized
  • Rotate stock, label and date inventory, and monitor product freshness
  • Assist with inventory counts and submit order needs to the Food & Beverage Manager
  • Wash dishes, maintain storage areas, and complete end-of-shift cleaning checklists
