Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Previous cooking or restaurant experience is essential
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
Skills in multitasking and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable with a strong work ethic

Job Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely and efficiently adhering to Chick-fil-A standards
Stay informed about new products
Assist with dishwashing duties
Work safely with kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
Complete in-house training to enhance professional knowledge
Follow all company policies and procedures carefully
Execute tasks as directed by the leadership team
