Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years culinary experience in professional kitchen environment
  • Active Food handler's certification or ability to obtain
  • Willingness to work various day, night, and weekend shifts
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • Energetic personality

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check with leadership for daily objectives
  • Support in setting up a la carte stations for mealtimes
  • Produce dishes following standard recipes and presentations
  • Prep, clean, and organize workstation
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment following health codes
  • Perform banquet, kitchen line, and prep functions as directed
  • Complete mise en place before service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
