Specific to culinary staff, team members are tasked with supporting meal service setups, producing dishes in accordance with established recipes, maintaining sanitary kitchen environments, completing mise en place, and assisting in banquet and line functions under the guidance of hotel and executive chefs. This position requires a proactive, organized individual who thrives in a dynamic 24/7 hospitality environment, including working during high occupancy events like Texas A&M football games, graduations, and other special occasions. The role is full-time with hours ranging from 30 to 40 per week, offering a competitive hourly wage between $14.00 and $18.00, paid biweekly.

Job Requirements
- 2-3 years culinary experience in professional kitchen environment
- Active Food handler's certification or ability to obtain
- Willingness to work various day, night, and weekend shifts
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Check with leadership for daily objectives
- Support in setting up a la carte stations for mealtimes
- Produce dishes following standard recipes and presentations
- Prep, clean, and organize workstation
- Maintain a clean and sanitary culinary environment following health codes
- Perform banquet, kitchen line, and prep functions as directed
- Complete mise en place before service
- Perform other duties as assigned
