The role is ideal for individuals who enjoy dynamic work settings and want to be part of a team contributing to an exciting sports venue atmosphere. Delaware North values teamwork, reliance on procedure adherence, and strong communication abilities, offering a supportive environment for continuous learning and growth. Along with a competitive wage, employees receive weekly pay, employee discounts, flexible scheduling, and training and development opportunities. Eligible team members may also enroll in health, dental, and vision insurance plans, participate in a 401(k) with company match, and receive paid vacation, holidays, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and access to employee assistance programs.
