  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare a limited variety of foods following standardized recipes and food safety guidelines
  • read and interpret food labels and service materials
  • perform basic arithmetic calculations to scale ingredients and determine servings
  • coordinate and time food preparation processes to ensure menu items are ready simultaneously
  • maintain sanitation and personal hygiene standards
  • properly use and clean kitchen equipment
  • follow safety practices to prevent accidents and injuries
