Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Two to four years working in fast-paced restaurant or relevant food service area
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, and walk quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation protocols
  • Must be punctual and dependable
  • Must communicate effectively and work well under pressure
  • Must maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
  • Must be physically capable to walk long distances and stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
  • Two to four years of experience in fast-paced restaurants, catering, or relevant food service areas
  • Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures and ability to work under pressure
  • Punctual and dependable
  • Ability to read and follow recipes, prep lists, and menus
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance

Job Duties

  • Prepare and execute food orders accurately and safely
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and storage areas
  • Report promptly for scheduled events and adhere to assigned timelines
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, chefs, and management staff
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
  • Know and follow recipes and menu specifications including specials
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other service departments within the venue
