Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two to four years working in fast-paced restaurant or relevant food service area
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, kneel, lift at least 30 pounds, carry items, push carts, and walk quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation protocols
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must communicate effectively and work well under pressure
- Must maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance
- Must be physically capable to walk long distances and stand for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Degree or certificate in culinary arts preferred
- Two to four years of experience in fast-paced restaurants, catering, or relevant food service areas
- Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and ability to work under pressure
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to read and follow recipes, prep lists, and menus
- Basic English proficiency
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance
Job Duties
- Prepare and execute food orders accurately and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and storage areas
- Report promptly for scheduled events and adhere to assigned timelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, chefs, and management staff
- Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
- Know and follow recipes and menu specifications including specials
- Work collaboratively with team members and other service departments within the venue
