Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hotel or similar food service environment preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long durations
  • Availability to work 3 pm to 11 pm shifts with some flexibility
  • Commitment to quality and detail in food preparation

Job Qualifications

  • Refined verbal communication skills
  • Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
  • Proficiency in basic cooking skills
  • Ability to manage a single station in a kitchen
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts between 3 pm and 11 pm

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate single cooking stations efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and consistent food preparation
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
  • Participate in training sessions and ongoing culinary development
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to meet operational needs
