Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hotel or similar food service environment preferred
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long durations
- Availability to work 3 pm to 11 pm shifts with some flexibility
- Commitment to quality and detail in food preparation
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Two years of previous line cook experience preferred
- Proficiency in basic cooking skills
- Ability to manage a single station in a kitchen
- Capacity to stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varied shifts between 3 pm and 11 pm
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Operate single cooking stations efficiently while maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely and consistent food preparation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines strictly
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing culinary development
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to meet operational needs
