Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or relevant hotel experience
- Minimum of two years of line cook experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow established culinary procedures
- Physical ability to stand for long periods
- Willingness to learn and accept supervision
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
Job Qualifications
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Two years of previous line experience preferred
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience preferred
- Proficient in basic cooking skills
- Ability to work independently on a single kitchen station
- Strong desire to meet guest satisfaction
- Able to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen station
- Assist in managing food inventory and ensuring proper storage
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Follow health and safety regulations and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development activities
- Support other kitchen team members as needed
