Scratch Kitchen is currently seeking Full-Service Line Cooks to join our team. We hand-craft everything in our kitchens, offering a fresh and dynamic environment for individuals passionate about culinary excellence.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- 2 to 5 years' experience on a fast-paced line, working all stations
- accountable for all aspects of assigned cooking stations
- ensure only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used
- follow proper recipes and safety procedures
- maintain a clean and organized workstation
- basic English/Spanish communication skills a plus
- must have Food Handlers Card
