Job Requirements
- Equal to completion of four years of high school or the equivalent required
- judgment and planning skills required for food preparation
- a minimum of two years culinary experience required, institutional experience preferred
- must be able to pass the Southcoast's written culinary exam
- Serv Safe Certification Required within 60 days of hire
- must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 virus or exempt from vaccination for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the exemption
- compensation based on level of experience.
