Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Experience in fine dining
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and oral instructions
- Proficient in operation of kitchen machinery and basic cooking utensils
- Strong verbal and written communication ability
- Willingness to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Ability to adhere to sanitation and safety food handling standards

Job Duties
- Prepare food for residents and visitors for each meal period throughout the day
- Ensure all food complies with state and federal health regulations
- Follow standardized recipes set by the Chef for breakfast and lunch meals
- Maintain high standards of quality food production and portion control
- Obtain and maintain current ServSafe certification
- Adhere to sanitation and safe food handling standards according to ServSafe and health department regulations
- Thaw, prepare, and store food items in compliance with all relevant standards and company policies
