  • Able to read, write and speak basic English
  • able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills in all units of measure
  • able to apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
  • able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50-70 pounds repetitively
  • good attitude and work ethic
  • able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • able to work in high stress and fast paced environment
  • functions safely and efficiently under extreme kitchen heat conditions

  • date and rotate food containers properly
  • inspect and maintain equipment cleanliness
  • return unused food items properly stored
  • consistently produce products according to recipes within ticket time
  • complete station closing checklist for next shift setup
