- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills in all units of measure
- able to apply common sense to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions
- able to push, stand, stoop, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50-70 pounds repetitively
- good attitude and work ethic
- able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- able to work in high stress and fast paced environment
- functions safely and efficiently under extreme kitchen heat conditions

- set up station for shift use and communicate shortages
- date and rotate food containers properly
- inspect and maintain equipment cleanliness
- return unused food items properly stored
- consistently produce products according to recipes within ticket time
- complete station closing checklist for next shift setup
