Job Requirements
- Able to read, write and speak basic English
- Able to understand and apply basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Able to push, stand, stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50-70 pounds repeatedly during shift
- Good attitude and work ethic
- Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Able to work in a high stress and fast paced environment
- Able to function safely and efficiently under extreme kitchen heat conditions
Job Qualifications

- Prefer at least 2 years cooking experience in a high volume kitchen environment
- Possess full knowledge of cooking techniques and safe food handling
Job Duties
- Complete job skills training and possess clear knowledge of the job
- Be on time and follow attendance guidelines
- Maintain friendly and professional demeanor
- Follow food and cleanliness standards
- Set up to pars for shift use and execute necessary preparation
- Communicate any out-of-stock items or shortages
- Date and rotate all food containers ensuring proper temperature
- Inspect and evaluate kitchen equipment for cleanliness and report repairs
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of line equipment
- Return unused food items to proper storage
- Produce products according to recipe specifications and ticket time standards
- Complete station closing checklist for next shift transition
