Known for its stunning mountain views and innovative community programming, this establishment uniquely combines elegant architecture and exceptional amenities to provide residents with a rich and fulfilling living experience. Among its standout features is Club Los Meganos, a vibrant social hub offering a full-service Sawa Spa, gourmet dining at Abby’s Gourmet Studio, comprehensive fitness facilities including sports courts, and stunning venues for weddings within the surrounding vineyard. This remarkable setting is designed to foster a strong community spirit and promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

As part of the J.F. Shea Company family, Trilogy at The Vineyards emphasizes quality and genuine hospitality, making it an exceptional place to work and grow professionally. The organization is committed to fostering a supportive work environment that values integrity, respect, teamwork, and a competitive spirit. Recognized for its commitment to employee well-being, Trilogy offers a variety of benefits for eligible staff, including medical, dental, and life insurance plans, paid time off, paid holidays, sick leave for part-time team members, and a 401(k) retirement plan. This dedication to employee care aligns with their mission to deliver superior guest experiences through an empowered and motivated team.

The part-time Cook 2 position at Trilogy at The Vineyards offers an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals passionate about providing exceptional food preparation and service in a dynamic kitchen environment. Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef, the Cook 2 will focus on mastering one kitchen station and take full responsibility for the quality and presentation of dishes prepared there. This culinary role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of food safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.

The role requires practical knowledge of various cooking techniques such as baking, roasting, broiling, and steaming, alongside skills in prepping ingredients—from washing and cutting vegetables to measuring and mixing components precisely based on recipes.

Furthermore, the Cook 2 must have the sensory acuity to assess foods through tasting, smelling, and observing their visual appeal to ensure quality before serving. Responsibilities will include portioning meals, adding finishing touches like gravies and sauces, and collaborating with team members to deliver seamless dining experiences. This position demands a flexible schedule, including availability for evenings and weekends, reflecting the vibrant, guest-focused hospitality environment at Trilogy.

Overall, this role is ideal for someone with a minimum of two years of commercial cooking experience, who holds a current Food Handler’s card and is keen to work in an energetic, team-oriented environment. With a competitive pay range of $21 to $22 per hour, this part-time opportunity is not only rewarding financially but also professionally, providing an excellent platform to enhance culinary skills while contributing to an exceptional community lifestyle experience.
