Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in 4 diamond hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or related hotel experience
- Ability to demonstrate basic cooking skills including presentation techniques
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to work most stations in the kitchen
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills
- True desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have full time availability including weekdays weekends holidays

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Support the culinary team in maintaining consistent dish presentation and quality
