Job Duties

  • Maintain proper line presentation including appropriate pans, garnishes, utensils, and serving temperatures
  • Communicate daily with line servers and associates about specific food item information
  • Complete daily production sheets
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
