Currently, HMC is hiring a Cook to join their team at Travelodge and Penny's Diner located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This role is a vital part of the food service operations, responsible for preparing high-quality food items for both banquets and restaurant guests. The Cook will handle all aspects of food preparation, ensuring that banquet orders and restaurant menu items are prepared accurately and timely. The position involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, supervising dishwashers to guarantee utensil availability, and assisting with breakfast production. This role reports to the Executive Chef and General Manager who provide ongoing guidance and assign additional duties as needed.

Job Requirements
- Must have food handler's permit
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work PM shift
- Basic food preparation
- One (1) year food preparation experience highly desirable
- Must be extremely dependable regarding attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets
- Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant
- Ensures proper stocking line for menu items
- Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times
- Production of breakfast
- Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
