The company values its employees highly, fostering a culture built on principles such as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. This robust culture supports personal growth, professionalism, and teamwork, driving both employee and guest satisfaction to new heights.

The Cook position at HHM Hotels is an exciting opportunity for culinary professionals who are passionate about food preparation and eager to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Cook role is designed to promote career growth within the company, with a clear advancement path from Lead Cook to Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and ultimately Food and Beverage Director. This progression allows motivated individuals to develop their skills and take on greater responsibilities in the culinary field.

Maintaining clean and sanitized work areas, securing and storing food items properly, and following safe food handling procedures are critical components of your responsibilities to ensure a safe kitchen environment. Additionally, you will be expected to embrace HHM Hotels’ EarthView sustainability program, implementing eco-friendly and sustainable practices in your daily duties. Your role is vital in achieving high guest satisfaction scores by delivering quality food and service, which in turn enhances the overall guest experience. The work environment requires physical stamina, as the job involves standing for extended periods, walking, lifting, and other physical activities.

HHM Hotels seeks individuals with previous culinary experience or equivalent training, with a preference for candidates holding a high school diploma. A Department of Health Sanitation certificate may also be required to comply with legal and safety standards.
