The role available is for a Cook, an essential position responsible for preparing and cooking food orders quickly, accurately, and consistently. The role demands cooking skills across multiple stations including fry cook, broiler, and Garde Manager areas. The Cook should be skilled at preparing various types of food items, seasoning dishes appropriately, and controlling food production through proper cooking methods, times, and temperatures. This role also requires a strong focus on maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment throughout shifts. The successful candidate will be physically capable of performing demanding kitchen tasks such as lifting heavy items, pushing and pulling carts, and working in environments with extreme hot and cold temperatures. Emphasizing teamwork and communication, this position requires the person to be able to read, write, and speak English to understand kitchen operations and safety instructions. Working various shifts throughout the week is expected. Prior experience is valued, and candidates must be able to provide their own kitchen tools. The Cook will be working primarily inside the kitchen on a fry line, handling kitchen utensils skillfully and contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of food preparation. Job Requirements
- Six months prior experience as a cook or cooks helper
- Previous working knowledge of point of sales system preferred
- Must be able to provide own tools
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- Local health department sanitation certificate

Job Duties
- Prepares and produces menu items to standards in a quick and efficient manner
- Ability to prepare items such as but not limited to salads, appetizers, sandwiches, hot dogs, pizza, etc
- Prepares, cooks, and seasons all food
- Skilled in fry cook, broiler, and Garde Manager
- Controls food production in all work areas including proper cooking methods, proper cooking times and temperature
- Adheres to kitchen maintenance and sanitation programs
- Maintains assigned station and equipment in a clean and sanitary condition
