Job Duties
- Produce assigned menu items for patients
- prepare meals for cafeteria service
- prepare catered meals for various events
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- collaborate with Food Service Production Coordinator or Chef
- assist in inventory management
- maintain cleanliness of work areas
