This role is vital in ensuring that the diner delivers high-quality food services and an exceptional dining experience for its guests.
As a Cook at Travelodge/Penny's Diner, you will be responsible for preparing all banquet items as specified by function sheets and fulfilling restaurant food orders with precision and care. You will manage proper stocking of menu items and supervise the dishwasher to guarantee sufficient utensils are available at all times. Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment will be a key component of your duties, ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are upheld. Cooking breakfast and other meal preparation responsibilities are also part of the role, and you will perform various essential tasks as requested by the Executive Chef and General Manager.

Job Duties
- Prepares all banquet items as specified by function sheets
- Responsible for preparation of all food orders from restaurant
- Ensures proper stocking line for menu items
- Supervises dishwasher to ensure adequate utensils are available for guest needs
- Maintains cleanliness of kitchen at all times
- Production of breakfast
- Performs other duties as requested by Executive Chef and General Manager
