Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least one year of relevant cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time schedules
  • strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
  • reliable and punctual
  • capability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks associated with cooking
  • passion for serving seniors
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

  • collaborate with dining and care staff to meet residents' needs
  • monitor food quality and presentation
  • support team members to create a positive work environment
