Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
- knowledge of food safety standards
- basic cooking skills
- ability to follow recipes
- good communication skills
- readiness to work variable day shifts and rotating weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
- ability to understand and follow recipes
- basic knowledge of quantity food production
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- competency in using food production equipment
- ability to work independently making minor operational decisions
Job Duties
- Prepares food using standardized recipes following HACCP guidelines
- prepares grill items per customer requests meeting quality standards
- produces quality products within time deadlines minimizing overproduction
- holds, cools, and stores food products within HACCP time constraints
- maintains proper food temperatures during service and reports issues to supervisors
- greets customers courteously and takes orders efficiently
- maintains safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
- organizes work area and manages supply storage
