Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • basic cooking skills
  • ability to follow recipes
  • good communication skills
  • readiness to work variable day shifts and rotating weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
  • ability to understand and follow recipes
  • basic knowledge of quantity food production
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • competency in using food production equipment
  • ability to work independently making minor operational decisions

Job Duties

  • Prepares food using standardized recipes following HACCP guidelines
  • prepares grill items per customer requests meeting quality standards
  • produces quality products within time deadlines minimizing overproduction
  • holds, cools, and stores food products within HACCP time constraints
  • maintains proper food temperatures during service and reports issues to supervisors
  • greets customers courteously and takes orders efficiently
  • maintains safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
  • organizes work area and manages supply storage
