Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
knowledge of food safety standards
basic cooking skills
ability to follow recipes
good communication skills
readiness to work variable day shifts and rotating weekends

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
valid Oklahoma Food Handler's permit
ability to understand and follow recipes
basic knowledge of quantity food production
effective written and verbal communication skills
competency in using food production equipment
ability to work independently making minor operational decisions

Job Duties

Prepares food using standardized recipes following HACCP guidelines
prepares grill items per customer requests meeting quality standards
produces quality products within time deadlines minimizing overproduction
holds, cools, and stores food products within HACCP time constraints
maintains proper food temperatures during service and reports issues to supervisors
greets customers courteously and takes orders efficiently
maintains safety, infection control, and sanitation procedures
organizes work area and manages supply storage
