Job Duties
- prepare meals according to Brightwater menus and recipes adhering to dietary requirements and physician orders
- maintain a clean safe and sanitary kitchen and dining environment
- inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure compliance with food safety practices
- bake roast broil and steam various foods and regulate cooking equipment temperatures
- portion arrange and garnish food attractively and in a timely manner
- carry out scheduled cleaning stocking and maintenance tasks as directed by the chef
- receive prepare and serve food and beverage orders in the bistro
- attend scheduled training sessions and staff meetings
- communicate effectively with team members and supervisors keeping them informed of any challenges or opportunities for improvement
