The role of Cook at Pine Ridge Terrace is crucial in delivering the high-quality dining experience Brightwater is known for. Job Duties

  • prepare meals according to Brightwater menus and recipes adhering to dietary requirements and physician orders
  • maintain a clean safe and sanitary kitchen and dining environment
  • inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure compliance with food safety practices
  • bake roast broil and steam various foods and regulate cooking equipment temperatures
  • portion arrange and garnish food attractively and in a timely manner
  • carry out scheduled cleaning stocking and maintenance tasks as directed by the chef
  • receive prepare and serve food and beverage orders in the bistro
  • attend scheduled training sessions and staff meetings
  • communicate effectively with team members and supervisors keeping them informed of any challenges or opportunities for improvement
