Working as a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes across multiple kitchen stations in a timely, sanitary, and organized manner. Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Breakfast experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills

- Understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills

Job Duties
- Set up station according to outlet guidelines
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Chef
- Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
- Clean and maintain station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills
- Properly use and maintain all kitchen equipment
- Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and storage areas
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
