Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality preferred
- valid state Food Handler's card or ability to obtain one
- availability to work evening shifts
- availability to work weekends especially Saturday and Sunday evenings
- strong organizational skills
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- set up and maintain food production across various kitchen stations
- prepare meats, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and other menu items
- ensure dishes are prepared to proper specifications and presented with care
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- contribute positively to the overall guest experience
