Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in hospitality preferred
  • valid state Food Handler's card or ability to obtain one
  • availability to work evening shifts
  • availability to work weekends especially Saturday and Sunday evenings
  • strong organizational skills
  • good communication skills

Job Duties

  • set up and maintain food production across various kitchen stations
  • prepare meats, fish, poultry, sauces, stocks, and other menu items
  • ensure dishes are prepared to proper specifications and presented with care
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • follow all food safety and sanitation standards
  • work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • contribute positively to the overall guest experience
