Job Requirements
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and most holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience as a broiler, line cook, or grill cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Team player with a positive attitude and passion for great food
- Knowledge of proper food handling and safety procedures
Job Duties
- Quickly and efficiently prepare all center-of-the-plate items according to Cattlemens recipes and quality standards
- Operate the broiler with precision to ensure every steak is cooked exactly as ordered
- Coordinate timing and workflow with Broiler Assistants and kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and speed of service
- Maintain strict quality control for every plate leaving your station
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in your work area
- Support a team-oriented, high-energy kitchen focused on excellence and consistency
