Job Requirements

  • meet local or municipal food safety certification requirements, such as Food Handler certification acquired at own expense
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • must use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives safely
  • work effectively in a noisy, hot kitchen environment
  • must have effective communication skills
  • ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations
