Job Duties

Prepare menu items served to restaurant guests
ensure the highest quality by observing appropriate procedures and cooking times
maintain proper shortening levels and cleanliness
maintain constant awareness of projected sales and product requirements
maintain cleanliness of all cooking utensils, fryers, and surrounding areas
report to restaurant management team
