Job Requirements
- Must be available to work holidays and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs periodically
- Must be able to bend, stoop, sit, stand, and walk
- Must be able to work with all Denny’s menu items
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have 6 months restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Ability to prepare all menu items according to Denny’s standards
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare guest selections following set recipes and brand standards
- Present food attractively while maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
- Honor guest requests for special orders
- Correctly call the wheel to ensure proper preparation timing
- Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies as required
- Monitor waste and food cost controls to minimize losses
- Assist other team members willingly without being asked to promote smooth kitchen operation
- Provide total guest satisfaction through quality cooking and service
