Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Chili’s recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of ingredients
- Follow all safety and food handling procedures
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance cooking skills
