Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
high school diploma or GED
minimum 1-year kitchen or restaurant cooking experience
ability to pass background check
flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, stoop, and lift 30 lbs

Job Duties

Prepare food items in the main kitchen areas for events
fulfill service per banquet event orders
coordinate with concessions workers, cashiers, and runners to maintain inventory levels
maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and assist with annual maintenance
creatively design buffet food presentations
prepare recipes as directed
maintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions
