At the University of Louisville, Sodexo Live is seeking a part-time Cook to join their dynamic team. The role involves preparing and creating nutritious and delicious dishes while maintaining an emphasis on excellent customer service. Working varying shifts with an open availability preference, this position offers an hourly pay range of $16 to $20. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related food preparation or cooking experience preferred
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines
- Open availability to work varying shifts

Job Duties
- Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow basic recipes and/or product directions for preparing various food items
- Prepare food and serve customers at an a la carte and/or operate a grill station
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
