Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • must be able to stand for extended periods
  • willing to follow all safety and hygiene guidelines
  • ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior cooking or kitchen experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • attention to detail and commitment to food quality
  • basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting

Job Duties

  • communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
  • be responsible for delivering high-quality, safe food in a fast-paced kitchen
  • follow chef-curated recipes using only the freshest ingredients
  • maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized station
  • train in specific kitchen stations based on comfort level and skill
  • assist in food preparation and plating as required
  • adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
