Job Requirements
- Able to work quickly and accurately
- Prior short order cooking experience a plus
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Experience in knife skills and/or different cooking techniques is a plus
- Must have the ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
- Ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds
- Must wear slip resistant shoes

Job Duties
- Prepare and maintain clean, sanitized and neatly arranged workstations
- Complete all assigned prep-work accurately and efficiently
- Present all food products to meet THB standards and specifications
- Store and handle all food and equipment to meet safety regulations
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at the end of shift
