  • ability to stand for 8 hours and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

  • knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures

Job Duties

  • Cook meals to order following recipes and quality standards
  • maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks as needed
  • follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, including Serve Safe standards
  • clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
  • use FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage food stock
  • work collaboratively as a team member to support kitchen operations
