Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work nights and weekends
- knowledge of food safety protocols
- ability to multitask efficiently

- ability to stand for 8 hours and work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- strong multitasking skills and ability to stay productive under pressure

- knowledge of food safety standards and proper cleaning procedures
- team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Job Duties
- Cook meals to order following recipes and quality standards
- maintain a fast pace in a high-volume kitchen environment
- prepare ingredients and perform food prep tasks as needed
- follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines, including Serve Safe standards
- clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- use FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory method to manage food stock
- work collaboratively as a team member to support kitchen operations
