Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- preferred experience in a hospitality-related kitchen
- current food handler's card and any other certifications required by federal/state/local laws
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation

- good verbal communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain a clean kitchen and efficiently wash and sort dishes
- prepare food as needed while keeping the dish area organized and clutter-free
- ensure clean and dry floors throughout your shift
- change water in machines and sinks every two hours or as needed following EcoLab's chemical dilution guidelines
- assist with timely food storage after deliveries
- manage trash disposal during the shift and remove full cans and boxes at the end of the day
- organize the dry storage area and maintain orderly shelves
- assist in food preparation and other tasks as directed by the chef
