- Must have at least 1 year of previous full-service professional line cook experience
- ability to follow recipes and brand standards accurately
- ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen setting
- willingness to maintain cleanliness and organization

- capable of standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks
