Job Requirements

Some high school education
Food handler certification as required by local/municipal law, obtained at applicant's expense
Ability to stand for up to four hours continuously
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knife
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
Ability to work in hot, noisy, and restricted workspace
