Job Duties
- Prepare food in accordance with current federal, state and corporate standards
- follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other food items
- taste products, read menus, estimate food requirements, check production and keep records to plan accurately and requisition supplies and equipment
- perform physical tasks including significant walking and standing for extended periods
- reach, bend, stoop, push, pull and lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds
- perform repetitive motions
- attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time
- perform other assigned duties based on business and client requirements
