Job Requirements
- Experience in food preparation and presentation gained in a grill, snack bar, restaurant, or similar food activity
- ability to follow oral and written instructions
- ability to work safely
- ability to perform simple arithmetic
- knowledge of operating and cleaning food service equipment
- knowledge of various foods and their characteristics
- ability to season food and determine when food is done
- physical ability to frequently lift 40 pounds
- ability to stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend for long periods
- ability to obtain a Food Handler's Certificate and/or complete food handlers training
- open to all applicants with proof of eligibility when required
- no education substitution allowed
- foreign education must be equivalent to US standards to qualify

Job Duties
- Prepare and present food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- operate and clean food service equipment regularly
- follow safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe work environment
- assist in inventory management by reporting stock levels and food spoilage
- provide friendly and efficient customer service to patrons
- adhere to food handling regulations and obtain necessary certifications
- perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and bending as required by the job
