Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food preparation or service industry preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Adherence to all safety and food handling regulations
- Must be able to work under supervision and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable
- Basic computer skills including use of internet and MS Word
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage competing demands and prioritize tasks
- Awareness of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food following recipe standards
- Assist cashier or packline operator as needed
- Ensure chicken is cooked to food safety standards
- Maintain accurate cooking times for chicken and side dishes
- Keep cabinets stocked with fresh product
- Discard food waste properly
- Follow company standards and procedures to prepare and fulfill orders
- Maintain a clean working environment inside and outside the store
- Wash dishes during slow periods
- Heat up or cook side dishes and prep for the day or next day
