Job Requirements

some high school education
local/municipal food safety certification acquired at applicant’s own expense
ability to lift up to 50 lbs
ability to stand for up to four hours
capability to work in a fast-paced environment
effective verbal communication skills
ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage conflicts
must be able to use kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knife
ability to reach across counter tops and work in hot, noisy conditions
