Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Commitment to delivering quality food and service
  • Ability to stand for up to four hours and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to work in a hot and damp environment
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout the shift
  • Frequent handwashing and use of disinfectants
  • Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to handle physical demands of the position

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment
  • Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
  • Follow safety and health guidelines including wearing protective gear and disinfecting surfaces
  • Manage inventory and stock ingredients as needed
  • Assist in food preparation during peak hours to ensure timely service
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
