Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Willingness to learn all stations on the kitchen line
  • Understanding of POS system operations
  • Employment may require background check
  • Ability to solve practical problems
  • Ability to interpret written and oral instructions

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to perform all essential duties effectively
  • Strong motivation and teamwork skills

Job Duties

  • Prepare menu items consistently according to company standards
  • Ensure quality and presentation of food meet company benchmarks
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitization in the kitchen following health regulations
  • Portion orders accurately to control food costs
  • Operate the POS system efficiently
  • Monitor work areas for safety hazards and correct any unsafe practices
  • Collaborate with team members to provide optimum guest experience
