Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work holidays and weekends
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Willingness to learn all stations on the kitchen line
- Understanding of POS system operations
- Employment may require background check
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
Job Qualifications
- Kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Ability to perform all essential duties effectively
- Strong motivation and teamwork skills
- Ownership mentality toward tasks and team responsibilities
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read and interpret business and safety instructions
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items consistently according to company standards
- Ensure quality and presentation of food meet company benchmarks
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization in the kitchen following health regulations
- Portion orders accurately to control food costs
- Operate the POS system efficiently
- Monitor work areas for safety hazards and correct any unsafe practices
- Collaborate with team members to provide optimum guest experience
