Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age to operate kitchen equipment
  • Flexible to work a variety of shifts
  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Experience and knowledge of kitchen equipment including knives, slicer, mixer, stoves, ovens, broiler, and pizza oven desired
  • Ability to follow company safety and sanitation policies
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen, culinary, or chef experience preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of kitchen equipment and food preparation methods desired
  • Ability to follow recipes and adhere to food safety standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Minimum age of 18 to operate kitchen equipment

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
  • Operate kitchen equipment including knives, slicers, mixers, stoves, ovens, broilers, and pizza ovens safely
  • Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with managers and team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work area
  • Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies
  • Support team in high volume and fast-paced environments
